Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Good command of written & spoken English & Nepali language
  • Basic competency in data entry using excel and Microsoft office software
  • Working knowledge of E-mail
  • Proactive and energetic

Major Roles / Responsibilities

  • Handling/ Directing incoming and outgoing office calls
  • Handling office visitors and addressing the queries; Answer questions and address complaints
  • Maintaining visitors logs
  • Handling incoming & outgoing documents/packages and maintaining records
  • Maintaining physical documents - Keep updated records and files
  • Scheduling meetings & conferences
  • Check, sort and forward emails
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
