  • Two-wheeler driving license holder
  • Professional Skill Required:  Marketing, Email, Negotiation, Customer Service, Communication, Teamwork, Database Management, MS Office
  • Good working knowledge of international trade and shipping practices. 
  • Knowledge on world geography and shipping routes, terms and conditions, policies and industry/market 
  • Ability to foresee opportunities, mitigate risk in business operations
  • Strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships. 
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office software 
  • Fluent written/oral communication in English and foreign languages  
  • Effective Email Writing Skills  
  • Goal oriented Skills  
  • Professional yet affable disposition and great networking skills. 
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills

Major Roles / Responsibilities

  • Familiarizing with all products and services offered by the company. 
  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.  
  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing plans.  
  • Pitching and presentations to widen market reach to potential clients   
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions 
  • Coordinating clients in emails and in follow-ups for sales booking and operations.  
  • Handling social media accounts of the company and delivering customer service 
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities 
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. 
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.  
  • Maintaining and updating market database, client database. Preparing and presenting sales report in timely manner.  
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. 
  • Planning and executing marketing strategies for enhancing sales  
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients. 
  • Crafting business proposals, and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients. 
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
